We have noticed that communication between the GC/Subs varies drastically depending on the trade, level of sophistication, whether they speak English...etc.

Belize also has a lot going for it - protected natural resources, law and property ownership similar to England (as it was once an English colony), and English as the national language.

I would even so bold as to say the OP stands a better chance of finding a Canadian attorney and accountant with experience in the U.S.A. than the other way around (particularly where the OP is located in PQ which has a different legal system not rooted in English common law).
