Do any of you create a "angled" DBA or LLC when doing niche marketing.I was thinking something along the lines of "Baltimore Code Violations" LLC or whatever (DBA would be cheaper set up wise) but you could use that on your envelope so that people would actually OPEN the letter?

Most states to not legally mandate operating agreements, but it's usually wise to have one, especially for investments and or there is more than one member of the LLC.
