It's about an Ohio Sheriff that has refused to evict deadbeat tenants unless they have somewhere else to live. This idiot has also sent a letter to our governor asking him to place a moratorium on winter evictions. We already have a natural gas moratorium in Ohio that allows deadbeats to have natural gas during the winter. So, what happens is that tenants pay $175 to have their gas turned on in the fall and then they don't have to pay their gas bill all winter and it's not shut off til spring! If that were to happen with evictions, I (and every other landlord) would be out of business in only a few months.
This is not only a risk on the state level. If unemployment skyrockets as I expect, then Obama could easily come up with something equally stupid on the federal level.
This is EXACTLY what I have been talking about these past few months! VERY SCARY!
