Hello all!

My name is Rachelle and I live San Francisco. I have lurked on this board and posted here once. I am a recent college grad, have no debt and managed to save $10,000! I plan to save more as I learn more about REI.

I wanted to ask if there were any REI clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, Marin County or Monterey Bay area, or any groups of meetings of that sort that anyone knows of. (and places to find mentors)I have tried looking for REI clubs and I know of the NorCal group that meets in Sacramento, but I was hoping for something a little closer.

Also, as a student of like, 10 years, I was thinking of doing my niche in rental properties for students. I have been to a number of colleges and lived in a number of places so I feel comfortable with that aspect having been a renter of those places myself. We'll see though.

Thoughts, feedback, suggestions?
