I would like some help/suggestions on how I can organize my workflow on my flips and improve my time from purchase to sale.

This will allow you to appropriately create a workflow for each group of numbers within a call result type.

What is your workflow look like when going through the process?

Here I keep track on deadlines, planning scheduling, cost, and organizing the workflow to get as much done in as little time possible.

This is a simplified workflow, but does a good enough job of conveying the overall process.

I settled on a workflow where my raw leads go into a locally hosted Filemaker Pro database.

That's solid advice it's only me right now and I am trying to add some structure to the day and have a process for my workflow.
