Were you doing postcards with USPS as an EDDM campaign or yellow letters to motivated sellers?

Postcard-sized yellow mailers, full-page letters in real envelopes, throwing bricks through their windows with my picture on them...etc?

I hung 45 door hangers before deciding it took triple the time I estimated and made the similar cost of mailed postcards with none of the time much more appealing for an initial contact. 

I am looking to get my first deal in wholesaling so I sent out 1,000 postcards to kick off my direct mail marketing campaign. 

How about sending out postcards via the USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) offering your seller's guides?

Each address would generate a postcard to my mailbox.During the last year, I received four or five postcards/letters a week from wholesalers asking if I want to sell my rental properties.Over the last two months, I receive at least one phone call a week from wholesalers pestering me about if I want to sell my rental properties. 

Door knocking, leaving postcards/biz card/flyer, driving for dollars then mailing or door knocking, and proven wholesalers are a good place to start.

For instance, if you sent a postcard saying the home looked vacant and plan to send additional postcards, is it important that the follow-ups are different and/or acknowledge previous messages?
