I think most of those are included within the high influx of newbies that roll through who are not serious.

When I see these new posters do nothing but recommend the same company in every post and not participate on the site in any other way, I get very suspicious.If you newbies have affiliations with these companies you're promoting, I suggest you disclose it.

My girlfriend and I are newbies in the RE investing world, and would love to build a network with like minded couples!

Night and Day.Eager newbie investors will get taken often, unfortunately.
