If you're looking to list REO properties, then there are several sources, REORenegades is a great source, and REOMAC conferences and dinners (to network), along with the National REO Brokers Association www.nrba.com. It takes about 12 - 18 months to make the contacts. The easiest way to start is to go into your local branch banks and ask for their loss mitigation department, and once you get the right person, ask how you go about buying their REOs. The larger outsourcing companies are also good sources - try National Default Servicing and Integrated Asset Services.

Hope that helps.
