It's like saying Kodak suffered from anything other then fact the reality changed, everyone got cameras in there phones in there pockets, cell phones were an extinction level event for kodak.

Next thing ya know your seller, who was a-ok before, is now all wound-up, sitting talking to some police type, freaking out thinking he's going to prison for life and gonna be Hannibal's cell mate, so now he's 2nd guessing everything so when they asked if he understood what he was entering into it's "Nope, this fancy slick talking guy told me I HAD to sell it like this, I HAD to do as he said, I'm innocent, I'm a great person, I just did what I was told to do HE DID IT, I'm, I'm innocent, nope I didn't understand ANYTHING, THAT GUY took advantage of me!"....

Back when I started, I saw STR investors succeed by buying any home, furnishing it with hand-me-downs and posting photos shot with a cell phone.

They also tell you that you'll get Kris's personal cell phone number.. ha. yeah right. the guy legit never responds and when you call, it goes to a pre-recorded message that sounds soooo fake - its clearly not his real number and he doesn't get back to you with any valuable information.

I'm my opinion they are both good HML providers, LendingHome was good to me and worked with me when I had no experience so that was a plus on the flip side (no pun intended), Renvo is top notch, I can reach out to Eric Workman, the  VP of lending, anytime as I have his cell phone and he typically gets back to me right away whether its text, phone call or email.

Journalism is extinct, it is, we now have media marketers who just pump out BS to get clicks, views etc and at best, pump a narrative vs click baiting. 

THe calls are forwarded to my cell phone and I can then move them in or assist them via remote log in to my office computer.
