It will always come back to finding deals-- learn that and you can conquer anything in REI :)

I agree with you Daryl Crabtree it does seem to good to be true at times I am new to the game as well but what I am learning is that you must get out of your comfort zone meet these investors and be honest upfront and make it clear you will only learn once emerged into the situation in which you want to conquer.

Once your first deal goes through and you conquer any fears or doubts you may have had skies the limit!

I am asking the community of BP to help conquer that fear of failure and lack of knowledge.I hope see you out there.

Knowledge conquers fear. 

Maybe this is one of those things that you conquered and now it's time to do something else.  

Right now the market is hot, and I am going to continue to invest locally because I figure if I am able to conquer a market like this then I'll be able to invest anywhere. 

Because conquering every obstacle gives me more fuel to jump the next hurdle.

Learn various local markets so I can conquer them (in a good way of course).I don't want any bounds; however, this is suppose to be an introduction so I'm going to close and thank anyone for reading this complete post.
