Newbies from Mauldin, South Carolina

[Stephan Rehoric]

Hi guys, we are Stephan & Taryn Rehoric from Mauldin, South Carolina. Stephan works as a manager for a local crane company, while I myself stay home with our two children. We were introduced to BiggerPockets by an investor that we met at a local seminar ((HUGE THANKS)).

We are definitely new to the real estate world with no previous background or experience, but are eager to continue learning & ready to perform. Our main goal in real estate right now is to build a foundation doing wholesales (locally & throughout the SC state). In the near future, we also plan to buy & hold (single & multifamily), rehab, & become private lenders.
