My brother and sister in law are Venice Realtors with over 30 years of experience if you want a good contact. 

We have not been successful reaching the previous owner, and even if we did - we don't believe he would be honest with us.  2 of the 3 units are occupied by a brother and sister.Ideally we would like to get them out.  

I could have spent my money investing in myself.I feel your pain brother but, the truth is if you really did the work you claimed you could have easily went out and found your own buyer for the deal, sir. you don't really need Jerry.

Any advise or suggestions thanks  Let me break it to your brother… why in the world would you work with a seller that wants 100% of what they think the house is worth?

. - But I have a family member (Brother or Parent etc...) who is interested in putting some money into it.- Total start up costs (Down payment + closing costs, furnishing, getting started on Airbnb etc...) = 200k USD- Family member wants to put in 50k USD of the start up costs, but doesn't want to be on the hook for the mortgage. 

For example, the properties I manage in Gladstone don't have the same paperwork needed. my brother mentioned Raytown is now adopting this as well  he also said something about if you evict in KC you may have to pay the eviction costs of the person being evicted and Raytown could also adopt that!
