That's a no for me.

Meaning, I either take all the money I can from my Hard Money Lender (or other acquisition loan) so that I'm just doing a "No Cash Out" Refinance when I get there (thus no seasoning) or I structure it differently. 

Financially speaking house hacking with a duplex in Milwaukee is a no-brainer.

Thanks Robin, the low 9% interest rate on the loan I assumed was because it's is a no-ratio DSCR loan, which carries a higher rate than standard DSCR loans with a 1.25 ratio.

This is a "no downpayment" and "no PMI" loan. 

A no agency agreement limited to the one property would suffice.
