Don't let everyone spook you off.

The guy threw a tile through the window,  but got spooked because the tenant was home.

It may spook her into paying.

Then when you find your buyer, you could effectively sell them the rights to the LLC - which would give them the ability to close on the purchase agreement with the seller.This way the seller doesn't get spooked seeing and/or assigns.

I don't remember what it was, but something spooked me.

As Real Estate investors we are all still a little spooked from 2008, however all the regulations that followed have positioned this asset class to endure a downturn and not suffer a similar fate.

I don't think interest rates alone have spooked buyers, but I think the stock market volatility along with tariff talk (certainly related) are adding to the uncertainty.
