Just an ambitious student from Boston

Hello my name is Ruslan Khachatrian. Living in Boston, MA studying Chemical Engineering at Umass Lowell.

Things about me:

I am 21 years old, traveled from Ukraine to America when i was 8. I love reading, salsa, martial arts, and shooting at the range.

I tried really hard to change the picture, but it seems that the picture is linked to my facebook and i can't find a way to make that picture more professional!

Anyways, I'm still in college and i have 3 more years until i finish. I am currently engaged and plan to marry August 2nd next year. She is Brazilian, and due to this, I know Brazilian Portuguese

I believe having a business is the way to go. I don't believe in trading hours for dollars. Although i enjoy learning, I want to work and not worry about how much i make because I want to have businesses in place for that.

I have listened to 14 podcasts now and am so happy i stumbled onto Bigger Pockets Podcasts in iTunes!

In terms of Real Estate, my focus and my plan shall be in buy and hold. I want to manage (for now), and have a steady cash flow. It seems it's easier to start small and build up towards commercial - I shall find out if that's the case and other things through this forum!

Be patient with me as I like to ask various circumstantial questions!
