Although it sounded good and they had an organized presentation, didn't feel 100% right.I ended up doing a little bit more research on some of their projects and heard about some suspect end products (i.e cheap product, things not done right, etc.)

Most great sports men and women weren’t born great (ok, maybe 1% have the right DNA).

If enough people want to organize, I would definitely be on board and use whatever platform I have to help mobilize.

We began approaching real estate as a team sport and have identified key partnerships and relationships to grow our business.

I chalked it up to his need to be in the field more than he needed to be in the office, so I tried to get him organized and set up with systems.

I know that this business is a contact sport and its about supporting each other so I look forward to meeting everyone.  

I’m joined Bigger Pockets to learn and network to build relationships.I just started looking for another property to flip to try it again, this time with a little more structure and organization.

Since we are in the same area we should organize a meet up with other BP members to build relationships and network!

I have supported Real Estate related Veteran Organizations such as Building Homes For Heroes and The Veterans Homestead Project by helping locate  properties, donating materials and volunteering my time.  

Here in Georgia, our foreclosures are non-judicial: four weeks of notice in the county organ, then auctioned off on the courthouse steps.
