Hello Everyone!

My name is Shella Stephens and I am new to the real estate investing world, I'm from California but now a Texan. My focus for the next couple of years will be in the wholesaling side of the business as a Wholesaler. I am interesting in learning as much as I possibly can about wholesaling, short sales, REO's etc. I'm so excited and eager to get started and most of all, get all the support, advice, guidance and work to be truly successful in this business!!! I am trying to be a sponge and absorb, but what Id like to do most of all is close deals. I've worked in the Customer service industry for most of my adult life but I've been interested in real estate for as long as I can remember. I wasn't for sure if it was for me but now after some reflection and the need to be more successful in my life. I've determined its time to really delve in head first, better now than never. I want to learn my market, but I'd also like to learn the market in other states and do deals across this country. I found out about this site by my daughter who was doing her research and informed me. I joined right away and I'm so happy I did. I'm already learning and hope to be making connections soon. I really need the guidance of more experienced investors but I welcome all beginning and advance. I know that this business is a contact sport and its about supporting each other so I look forward to meeting everyone. Thanks for letting me join this group BiggerPockets I feel grateful.
