I have a lead on a 6 unit in Battle Creek.

It has really been an uphill battle for me, attempting to find solid buyers.

Then you don't have to blindly salute and follow advice, but can learn to build your own ever growing army that you put to work and give marching orders to win the battle and the war, in the battleground of your choosing, where you are strong and have many allies and your opponents are weak such that you can either sniper them off if need be or better yet use diplomacy to turn them into allies. 

@Brandon Battle I was the one that found out from our S8 office that the tenant was not permitted to pay the difference.

It smelled like 100 potta pottys were in the home.

Recently I purchased my first rental place in Chino Hills California (Wickerman school district) and it was a battle due to no inventory and a lot of cash offers.

When the utility door is open, you can get a whiff of a musty odor outside of the utility room, and the smell is stronger (but not over-powering) inside.I've thought it normal for basements to smell a little musty, and most people that I've talked to about this feel the same.  

While involvement is completely different story, if the person that believes in you the most isn't supportive, you are already fighting a battle that you should be fighting together on alone.  

You couldn't see it or smell it.
