I know a lot of these guys are based in Southeast Asia... hows the language barrier and do they work the hours you need them to work (afternoons and dinner time in the US)?

I very well understand that success is a relative term, no 2 persons are same, and one recipe doesn't work for all  dinner parties ;-).

I did that successfully with a tenant that skipped out on a couple months rent.And pretty funny that the dude's wife sunk him with that email....probably not much conversation at the dinner table that night.
