Investors who have a W2...Are you still investing in a 401k?

Are you still putting your money away in a retirement account?

Are you maxing it out?

Are you getting the bare minimum employer match?

Or are you parking all your money in a liquid account to be ready for the next opportunity?

Curious about everyone else's mindset

@Blake Edwards, agreed!  I like how George Clason said it in his book, The Richest Man in Babylon (available in public domain):

"Behold, from my humble earnings I had begotten a hoard of golden slaves, each laboring and earning more gold. As they labored for me, so their children also labored and their children's children until great was the income from their combined efforts."

If you've never read that book, it's a very good if somewhat dated piece about basics of personal finance and investing set in the historical backdrop of ancient Babylon.  Stories that teach thru whimsy, humor, and odd references to lives of fictional characters.
