Successful investors with good teams of real estate consultants/Lenders/Management

Hi All, 

I will highly appreciate the feedbacks from the investors who have a good team and long term partnership with real estate consultants , lenders,  exploring/closing deals, managing the rentals etc. in below areas.  I would like to leverage from your experiences. I very well understand that success is a relative term, no 2 persons are same, and one recipe doesn't work for all  dinner parties ;-). Still if I dont see any harm in exploring from other's success stories.. who knows it may click.
