We hope that they have gotten tremendous pleasure (and value) from engaging in our forums, and we hope they understand that the quality of our forums is driven by our anti-sales platform.

With a landlord in the Whitehouse no matter how anti immigration he is, it is extremely unlikely that the government would decide to crack down on landlords more than they have in the past.  

There has never been a standard commission of course (anti-trust laws), but now it is a very different time than it was the last few years!

And New Jersey has Anti-Eviction laws, which make New Jersey hostile to Landlords.

Laws also change that can weaken the structure such as anonymity in Swiss accounts has been severely curtailed in the new anti terrorism laws. 

I don't think he represents small MHP investors well with his anti POH rental positions and his often derogatory and demeaning views of MHP residents.
