That being said you can find them you have to search a lot, and then they may have you be a co-signer on the loan as well.

Hi Carlos,Step one, now that you guys have the heads up on what's going to go down should be to call your renter and simply tell them you received this reference phone call and ask them when they intend to vacate (and why).Maybe it's a new job, maybe its a co-sign for a younger sister or brother just starting out, maybe Hell's Angles moved in next door and the motorcycle noise is driving them crazy.If this "Horrify's" her, she will need to toughen up.
