I don’t know how tall your roof is, but if you can shimmy up a ladder....I really do think you’d be covered with the advice above, but the ultimate way to be legally safe is just not go in at all and use the ladder if that’s practical.

There's a poorly written clause, I'd abide by it just to get the threat of eviction away.Human beings are emotional creatures capable of logic, not logical creatures capable of emotion.It's bad practice to live in close proximity to someone with ill will towards you.
