Practicing Real Estate

Growing up as a baseball player. Practice was everything. If I needed to improve my hitting I would be visiting the batting cages. Repetition from practicing was a great way to improve in any area that I would want to focus on.

That being said. How would someone practice real estate?

My personal strategy is to rehab and flip to gain some capital, then transfer over to commercial rental property investing.

We can read books and listen to podcasts for ever but I believe practicing is what helps a new investor get started and a seasoned investor get better.
