Hendersonville I believe will be a hot market.Asheville airport is asking for bids on new four bay terminal parking.This reminds me of the Ft.Myers regional airport going International in July of 2013 yes this was a 400  plus million dollar project,and prices in surrounding went up.watch Asheville!
