My name is Raul and I am an active duty Marine currently serving overseas. Looking to invest in my hometown of San Antonio, TX.  Interested in multifamily properties. What is the best area to invest in?

Lots of Multi-Families being sold in the Woodlawn/LA Heights area in the past 3 months.
