Having something in hand as a goal for what you'd like to purchase would be more enticing.

I am not a cheap date and like to eat good food so hopefully this entices you!

You'd get a notice on your mailbox if you won that month.Obviously this wouldn't work for every type of situation, but given that this property is pretty large and has two buildings, I think his thought was that $25 was a small price to pay as an enticement to get people to not only pay on time, but to pay EARLY!

The real estate market there is enticing because there is a lot of inventory and properties are selling, but since I know very little, is it smart to depend on a realtor that is a distant relative, and doesn't work with investors very often?
