Looking to Network with Multi Family Investors
Hey BP!!
My name is Shawn Connors and I am looking to buy my first multi unit investment in 2017. I want to start small with 4-10 units and gradually work my way up. My partner gave me great advice and told me to network with 5 people who are at where you want to be in the future. With that being said, I would love to sit down and have dinner with some successful multi unit investors in my area. I live in Downingtown, Pa which is about 50 minutes west of Philly. I was born and raised in the city and am very familiar with certain areas that I would like to buy in. I am also very interested in some parts of Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Berks counties. Hopefully this post reaches some investors in these areas.
P.S. I am not a cheap date and like to eat good food so hopefully this entices you! Thanks in advance.
