Either don't allow dogs or allow dogs that are well behaved.

I have tried to convince my partner to do a deal with me and got her onboard for one but there ended up being a bad issue with the inspection and we terminated the contract and afterwards she told me how relieved she was to not be having to be on a $300K mortgage.

We found out that we will be having a kid next July and are not sure if having roommates will still be a good idea.

It is pay to play, but its fairly cheap for the base package if I remember correctly.If you don't want to pay, then go to each municipalities tax assessor's site to see if they will be having a sale soon.

I offer rent to own with the understanding that the tenant behaves and pays their rent on time for 2 years.
