My ambition to create more wealth is all about wanting to leave a legacy and a lot of money that will continue to help others for many years even after I'm gone. 

I really think that one of the best things about real estate is that there is a way to invest no matter what level of income you make if you have serious ambition and determination.

The market doesn't care about your ambition, this is the same burden everyone who buys real estate at this point in the economic cycle must bear.How many wholesalers are you networking with regularly? 

You'll need to at least "speak the language" to have any credibility at all.I admire your ambition.

If existing on less than a thousand dollars a month is someone's life ambition, they have bigger problems than the little bit of money they're scamming from the system and I am thankful not to be them. 

I have way to much ambition and drive and such big goals and dreams to be confined to the same job every night, doing a mundane redundant task 1000 times a night working 84 hours a week to bring in a measly $1000 or so $$ home.

You are not alone in your real estate ambition. 

Definitely possible with the right people supporting you and with a strong ambition and "why"I'm going to be taking action just like you in a couple of weeks, so I can't really help you with real world experience or a realtor. 

The "new young energetic high ambition workforce" as you call it is actually *moving away*.
