Hi BP Members,

I am a new investor in the Winnipeg market and I am wondering if anyone has any recomendations for a Real Estate Agent? 

I am looking to invest in primarily multi-family and single family homes to start off. This will be my first investment property. I have educated myself well so someone who has real world experience in investing in investment properties would be a great asset.

I can help you where you want to go by connecting you with the right people. On a personal Note I have been able to develop a portfolio of $5,00,000 (Market Value) in Under 2 Years and am using creative strategies to further expand it. I also know properties that don't hit the MLS or Real Estate Listings but are there for sale.
