I guess everything is a gamble with REOs and you never really know.

I know a wholesaler who has decided to focus on only his best buyers, that way those buyers are getting a deal instead of feeling like they're getting spammed with garbage that is also going out to 100 other people.

A lot of those areas are just starting to get new development so you are taking a gamble but if the area does turn you will bank.Who knew that Roscoe Village, with an average sale price of $800k, was an area you could not walk alone in at night 15 years ago?

I don't usually gamble, but I'm gambling on myself that this information will be put to good use because I'm still in the very early stages of REI.

Dot com will always have more SEO juice and anti spam power.

I have checked to see if they were going into Spam folder but that is not the case.  

If it's an experiment for him, you're taking a bit of a gamble, but as in all risks one that could payoff.
