Hey guys been checking up on this website for awhile and found some awesome information.  As a new wholesaler I was wondering about some advice into building a buyers list? Thanks again!

Here are some ideas:

REIAs or other investor meetings

stop at every rehab you see

auctions

Post here on BP (Only in the Marketplace)

Call we buy houses signs

call absentee owners of properties near one you have to sell

look in the MLS for recent sales to cash buyers

Craigs list or other internet sites

good old fashioned networking
