We attend a pretty cool Atl Real Estate Mastermind in Alpharetta that meets with a lot of experienced investors as well as newbies but it is a open forum with a lot of good info.

Maybe even start a mastermind group on getting more deals in the pipeline.I've got experience in doing a lot of different deals from seller finance to rentals to flips to lease options to lending to getting hard/private money.

I'm happy to make friends with all BP members but I would like to also meet other CT investors here, if things go well I'm thinking about creating Local Master Mind Group.

I'm a part of the other mastermind groups as part of the House Flipping Formula umbrella, but I still attend as much of the HFF coaching calls as I can.
