Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've been on here, I came on here a while ago because I had learned of the great opportunity in real estate investing. I was 19, I didn't have a job and I didn't have any money. I'm 20 now and I have a job and I'm willing to put half of my paycheck or more into real estate investing. I'm also willing to give my time to anyone who's willing to help me out with getting started. I'm looking to start with Wholesaling, but I'm open to learning about anything, I eventually want to have properties that bring in passive income. I don't have a lot of money, but the money I do have I'm willing to invest with and spend on whatever it takes to be successful in this industry. I'd also love some info on local groups, when I was looking into the group before, it took place when I had a class and so I could never make it. I really appreciate any help you guys can give me, and again if there's anything I can do for you just let me know! :)
