Getting Deals

Hi Everyone!

Looking to see what everyone else is doing to find more deals? Maybe even start a mastermind group on getting more deals in the pipeline.

I've got experience in doing a lot of different deals from seller finance to rentals to flips to lease options to lending to getting hard/private money. I'd be happy to share my insight and experience with these topics.

I've tried everything from mailers (to many different groups including pre foreclosure Pentax liens etc) to bandit signs to wholesalers. I've gotten a couple deals from the mls but they are not consistent enough and not enough in numbers. I'm currently working in the south Chicago area mainly and Bremerton/Seattle Washington.

Looking forward to hearing from all of you!

To your success,

Doug
