There are some important distinctions.

I distinctly remember the folks managing the project were raving about how quickly the prices were rising on their homes at the time - literally large % increases month-over-month.  

I have to make that distinction.

It is a very distinct smell that smells nothing like mold.

Is it a legal entity separate and distinct from its owners?

Furthermore, this raises a bit of a distinction I'm not fully clear on.
