I get so many good opportunities out of the state where i live and the market around me , is that a good idea to work on , or it is not worth it ?

What are the best expediencies to do that ? is it possible to tack the hot markets and play in them or that could be too dangerous !!??

Hi @Ehab Tadrous

@David Szymczak is right that you want to find someone locally to work with on your first few deals at least. You get to leverage from experience and connections of the local investor and that is priceless.

Best wishes for your future success.

Sharad
