A recliner or two, sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end tables, smart HDTV mounted on the wall, washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, fridge, stove, dishwasher (optional), toaster over, microwave, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, trash cans and bags, bed with pillows and linens, towels, night stand, smaller HDTV or old style tv, towels, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, spare light bulbs, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, blue ray player with xxx movies (optional), cable and internet services, gas or charcoal grill with appropriate fuel, toilet plunger, mouse traps.

When I bought it it had 1 cloth wire that ran from the stove to breaker.

However, we do provide the stove and fridge. 

Like stove, fridge microwave in my FL condo ?

@Gustavo Mendes not destroy but 3 years without maintenance and significant deterioration will show.

To me this is nice flooring, nice clean walls, nice modern ceiling fans, nice countertops, lots of counterspace, gas stove, lots of storage, nice closets, in unit laundry (best) or free laundry (second best), nice bathroom with tile and storage.

Even had a wood burning stove that winter for heat!

In the winter I would heat the house with a wood stove, so no hot water traveling through that pipe for weeks and never had a problem.

It had a wood stove and some randomly distributed electric heaters, but they are all gone.
