If you are novice, bring in an experienced real estate lawyer and have them CCd on your emails/communications with the listing agent directly.

Hello BPI am a novice investor with three duplexes in St.

I would say I'm a novice/intermediate investor compared to the professionals with hundreds of deals done.Currently I have more money ready to be deployed than I can use.

I am hoping to fully immerse myself in the world of Real Estate but I am a novice and it can all seem very intimidating at times, but I am a go-getter and focused on growth in this area.

When the novice flipper/investor  buys a property and wants to make that home run he looks for the cheapest  "contractor " and runs with them .
