@Dorothy Butala I apologize if my comment came across as harsh, it certainly was not intended as such it was just direct.

I love these but they are not without their hurdles.All of these containers are made in China with marine grade paint and heavily treated chemicals in the flooring to prevent insect and rodent infestation.

If they allow and the need for engineering drawings which should only be a one time issue.Also check out chemical and hazardous waste previous cargoes.  

The filter running and chemicals are what keeps them clear.

Re-glazing is a 3 step process (minimum) and the chemicals they use are pretty nasty.

If it were to trade taxes would go up which would probably push it to 46% to 52% depending on how harsh they were.

You can also use some chemical treatments to get better adhesion, like a wilbond type product.
