There were even shootings and finally some guy, guess he was a Super SAWT police type guy, he had a special black uniform with two pointy things on his helmet, so I guess that was commo stuff, anyway, he got them to all calm down and they celebrated as they didn't need this search light anymore so they just broke it.

Your current broker or agent maybe meet for coffee or lunch and get eye to eye and in a calm and communicative voice list your concerns about not getting the properties in a timely manner and not getting to write offers quick enough to hopefully win the deal.

Presumably, most investors will decide to refinance properties that are financed during this period once interest rates calm but if there's a large pre-payment penalty, refinancing to a lower rate may not be a cost effective solution.
