It’s all about saturation as you said.Definitely try and put some sort of analytics behind your campaigns and track everything.

You have to know your business though.I have a great listing presentation and superb marketing of my listings so its an easy sell.

As someone that is very analytical and number-minded, I would like to do that same thing with my deals once they start coming as well!
