I met a gentleman in NJ who was the best (wealthiest) salesman I ever met; he could , qualify, close and fire prospects in one phone call; he had a genuine natural intuitive Charisma.

Hi all - I’m new to BP and must say so far I appreciate how everyone seems to give genuine responses and that everyone is willing to help however they can.

The tough part is evaluating who is genuine and who are the jokers.

Take a genuine interest in others and be open.  

However, I'm wondering how many people got on the thread to genuinely help and how many got on the thread just to be heard. 

Brian's recommendation is a good start, however I have found that for newbies, it can be a little more challenging to make genuine connections in such a large group.

Curious how this process could be improved and genuinely looking for how it could be improved. 

Because it wouldn't be believable, it lkooks shady, you would genuinely be dissappointed in Nike's rep... right?

Haven't thought much about this but I guess these are some habits and behaviors that have contributed to my success:-Work/Life balance-Healthy diet (most meals)-Exercise 3x Per week-Always learning (books, blogs, podcasts, forums)-Always networking (meeting agents, contractors, wholesalers, etc)-Build real and genuine connections (not surface level networking)-Always underwriting deals (even when I'm not a buyer)-Being consciously confident, decisive, passionate, positive, and creative.

The best you can do is to agree with them, be very polite, nice, pleasant, and be genuinely interested to resolve their concerns.
