I am licensed realtor, working with Keller Williams Tampa Central.  I am new to bigger pockets forum, but not the podcast.  I am looking to assist experienced investors in and around Tampa in exchange for knowledge.  If you know of a solid meet up group-in the Tampa Bay area-please let me know.  My goal is to purchase my investment property by Christmas 2020.
