The only issue with the wink when you create a code you can’t set the dates for it to work and to delete after the stay automatically.

Unlike all other online review platforms, google business reviews has no "pay to play" mechanism where you can delete/hide bad reviews, only see good ones, or anything like that.

I deleted all the Quickbooks garbage and would load the chart of accounts I wanted.I do agree with you that the cost segregation isn't worth it, at least not until you are a Real Estate Professional.
