Preferred Lock Strategy

I'm curious to know how everyone is managing locks on their rentals.  I currently have the locks changed between tenants (old school way) and am starting to consider a more cost efficient/efficient approach.  I've seen landlord locks recommended a few times and have begun exploring keyless entries.  Does anyone have thoughts on these, or others they may be utilizing?  Thanks in advance.
