As a buyer who has worked with many different agents over the years I will state that most RE agents are aweful.

@Matt R has inspired me to devise a strategy: invite the Asians to invest in your area and create the snowball effect.

Those are often wonderful stories and can be inspiring but is it success?

If you dont LOVE even the dry stuff, then i would suggest you find something else that inspires you.
