Hello! My name is Ric, 23 years old and I am from Sacramento, Elk Grove to be exact. I've been lurking around the site for a few weeks now and finally had the courage to introduce my self. I work for the state of CA & have an 8-5 desk job but like most people here, I don't want to be doing that for the next 40 years. I truly believe that Real Estate is a great way to have financial freedom. I don't have any experience in Real Estate but I am looking to get started soon. I'm looking to do some flips first and get my feet wet and eventually owing some rental and commercial properties. Anyways, I am excited to be finally be part of this site and meet some fellow investors around my market.
